Description
MACX Pallet Bins are made to meet the most rigorous demands in industrial, food processing, and agricultural applications and meet the USDA/HACCP standards for food handling. These high-impact resistant HDPE structural foam, fixed wall containers are rugged and are recyclable.
The container is robustly built to stack up to 10 high with (uniformly-distributed) loads totalling 6500 Kg's. The Structural Foam HDPE plastic construction of this bulk bin yields the following features: washable, UV resistant, and repellent toward bugs, insects, and mould.
These Pallet Bins offer our customers a large capacity of 820 Litres which makes them one of the largest one-piece injection moulded pallet bin on the market. The large capacity greatly assists in reducing fork movements and makes them ideal for onions, potatoes, squash, melons and other hard produce and are available in both solid and vented formats to suit your needs. An optional lid in White is also available.
As these Pallet Bins are 1200 x 1200mm square, they do not nest into each other therefore no freight efficiencies can be achieved for return logistics which is comparable to wooden field bins.
