COPACK NEW IBC's
COPACK imports a selection of NEW IBC's that we have manufactured to our own format that meet all requirements for New Zealand regulations and are suited for a wide range of applications from Chemicals through to Food and Pharmaceutical products. Standard sizes are 1000 Litre, with a high Wall and a Low Wall options available for those who require a reduced 500 Litre capacity IBC.
Our standard NEW IBC's are cost competitive and all feature a heavy duty DN50 Butterfly Valve. There is a protective hinged flap to protect the outlet area to reduce the risks of forklifts damaging this highly prone area, hence less chance of spillage throughout the handling process. These are available ex stock in Natural, and also in Black for the 1000 Litre model.
We can also provide NEW IBC's from the MAUSER brand where customers require IBC's fitted with plastic pallet bases, or for when a reconditioned IBC does not meet critical hygiene requirements.
Where an IBC needs to meet the requirements for use in an explosive or combustible environment, we can also provide the MAUSER EXZ model moulded using multi-layer technologies and from antistatic compounds completed with an earthing strap.
