COPACK can provide an extensive range of injection moulded Plastic Pails and Tin Plate Pails ensuring that all of your pail needs are covered.

The round OPTIMA Round Pails are primarily designed for food based products and range between 300 ml and 5 Litres in sizing and feature plastic handles (where fitted) in order to be suitable where metal detection is in place. These can be decorated with In Mould Labels (IML) or with Thermal Heat Transfer Labelling (THTL) to provide a high degree of decoration where quantities are viable.

The COPACK Round Premier Pails are more industrial and heavy duty in nature, while still being moulded from FDA Approved materials making them suitable for use with food based product lines. Pails in this category have the added benefit of being to be ordered with multiple coloured lids to enhance your packaged product. These lids all have the removeable tear strip style of tamper evident device, which also allows for the lid to be reused once the strip is not present. Supply of 4, 10, and 15 Litre sizes is generally with a white base, however we can supply the 20 Litre pails in a multitude of different colours ex stock..

Our round Valu-Pails are more basic and range between 4 Litre to 15 Litre with the smaller sizes being fitted with plastic handles, therefore also being able to be used with metal detectors with the 10 and 15 Litre sizes being fitted with wire handles to cope with heavier loads. The Valu-Pails are generally only available in White and Black ex stock but other colours of bases and lids can be moulded on request. This pail range can also be decorated with IML, THTL, as well as Screen Printing if required and if quantities meet minimum requirements.

When space is at a premium when shipping pails inter-island or by export, our range of square OPTIMA and SpaceMaster Pails needs to be investigated thoroughly. Square pails inherently stack and palletise more efficiently than round pails as the amount of "air space" in between pails is significantly reduced. We have customers that prefer square pails over round due to labelling reasons as well as being more squat and stable. Available sizes range between 2 to 50 Litres with our core offering being 5, 10, 15, and 20 Litres.

When dealing with Dangerous Goods (DG) of a solid nature, we provide a range of Screw Top Pails that are UN Approved from 5 Litres through to 50 Litres. These pails are really robust and are designed and moulded to stand up to the roughest of treatments. Note that these are not suitable for liquid based DG products.

Completing our pail range are the open head Tin Plate Pails fitted with a clamp band lid and a lacquered internal finish. Our current range in NON DG and we are currently in the process of proving a DG, or UN Approved range.

Also in this category is a selection of calibrated products for measuring liquids in the form of cylinders, jugs, and heavy duty pails.
