Description
The 780 Litre Collapsible Vented Bins are primarily designed for medium loads or for produce. The bin features perforations on all side panels as well in the base component to promote airflow, or drainage throughout the bin. These bins are designed around the Australian standard footprint of 1162 x 1162mm and are compatible with the COPACK 780 Litre Vented MegaBin for those that may have these in use, but are looking for a more freight and/or storage efficient solution. Bins can also be moulded in colours for 100+ units.
These collapsibles are a medium duty bin for general applications in the food processing, manufacturing and logistics industry sectors where return transport costs, and / or storage space when the bin is not in use in erected form needs to be factored in.
As the overall height of these bins in only 780mm, they do not feature access doors as our larger and more industrial collapsible bins do and being primarily designed for produce, these bins are often inverted by way of a bin tipper.
These bins fold down to just 300mm meaning that they can be stacked 8 high when collapsed and 3 high when erected to easily fit inside most truck and trailer units on the road in New Zealand that have a usable height of 2400mm. An optional Drop On Lid can also be used if the contents in the bins need to be covered for hygiene or security reasons.
