Description
Introducing our NEW MAGNUM Range of Heavy Duty Collapsible Pallet Bins. These replace our previous range due to advancements in manufacturing technologies and the subsequent higher quality of product from German engineered tooling. The result of which is a collapsible bin which can be erected or folded seamlessly with all wall panels and access doors all in alignment.
The 840 Litre Hygienic Collapsible Pallet Bin is designed for large volume food based products, ingredients, or pharmaceutical products due to the sealed inner and outer wall panels providing a hygienic surface that makes for easy cleaning and sanitisation. The base of these bins has two full outer skids and 3 individual feet in the central row with steel tubes inserted through the base to provide additional support to cope with heavy loads without compromising the integrity of the base.
This bin has the same height of sidewalls as the 825 Litre bins but features a deeper base which provides the increased capacity and an increased return ratio as the folded bin measures 345mm in height when collapsed down. There are two access doors, or drop gates, per bin. These access doors on these hygienic bins do not require spring loaded latches to release the door as they utilise a different "lift-up" design feature that eliminates latch fittings to promote ease of cleaning. Both access doors are located on each of the 1200mm sides meaning that access can be easily obtained wherever the bin is positioned.
We can also supply a range of different bin liners for these bins in various thicknesses (micron) in either Natural or being colour tinted.
These bins come equipped with Label Holders so that a card denoting the contents can be inserted allowing users to ascertain what is inside without needing to visually check and inspect the contents when the bins are stacked on top of each other in storage or in transit. Lids are not supplied as standard for these bins, however a Drop On Lid is available as an optional accessory.
The 840 Litre Hygienic Collapsible Bins have encapsulated fork entry on the 1200mm side, and open entry on the 1000mm side enable the use of 4 way entry pallet trucks (jiffy lifts). The skids have bevelled surfaces to assist in pallet trucks gaining access from the 1200mm side which enhances usability in area where the bins may be in close proximity to each other in confined areas, i.e. in the back of a close sided truck and trailer unit where the user may need to move the bins by pallet truck onto the tail lift or loading ramp.
