OPTILOG 655 Litre Collapsible Pallet Bin

Introducing our NEW OPTILOG Range of Medium Duty Collapsible Pallet Bins.  These are an addition to our range due to customer demand for a Collapsible Bin more suited to transporting and / or storing lighter loads through the retail distribution chains.  The OPTILOG Collapsible Bins are ideal for articles such as clothing, home wares, sporting goods, bedding, small appliances for example and are a well priced option fit for handling lighter loads, and being moulded from HDPE, they have a good level of impact resistance.

We offer these bins in 3 x different height variants, while all share the common base dimension of 1200 x 1000mm, and have access doors only on the 1200mm sides.  As these bins are often used in conjunction with pallet trucks inside retail stores to restock shelves, the base has 4 x low profile skids to allow effortless access for the wheels to traverse over.  By being equipped with skid all around the base of the bins also promotes safety when being stored in racking as are fully supported on all sides which reduces the risk of the bins slipping off the beams.

These bins come equipped with Label Holders so that a a card denoting the contents can be inserted allowing users to ascertain what is inside without needing to visually check and inspect the contents when the bins are stacked on top of each other in storage or in transit.   We can supply an additional Drop on Lid if a lid to cover / protect the inner contents of the bin is required.

We usually have a limited stock of these bins available ex stock (less than 5), but as a rule are mainly available on an indent basis with a lead time of approximately 4-5 weeks for larger quantities.  For heavier loads, our MAGNUM Bins need to be considered as the better option.  If you may be unsure as to which bin would best suit your intended application, please contact our customer services team to discuss in more detail.
