COPACK 35 Litre Heavy Duty Vented Bale Arm Crate

Description

These heavy duty vented crates are moulded in New Zealand using a high grade of impact resistant polypropylene (PP) completed with glass filled nylon (GFN) swing handles, and have been in widespread use for decades.  When comparing to others that look similar, be aware of copies made from inferior materials - Ask if made in NZ.

The genuine RE series of crates have thicker wall and base sections in comparison to most modern day Bale Arm crates, but by using modern day materials now also gives these crates a benefit over their new counterparts. The tooling for these genuine crates was commissioned when thicker meant better due to the raw materials available at the time. 

Over the years, polypropylene materials have undergone significant technological advancements meaning that the performance that these crates delivered back in the 90's is now achievable in crates that have thinner wall sections, and are therefore overall lighter, and have a more deep nesting design.

However, the combination of thicker base and wall panels along with using advanced PP material now makes these crates very strong and be able to endure the toughest of environments.  If you require a heavy duty vented crate that can handle a wide range of temperatures, take the knocks, and last for multiple seasons, this is the crate range for you.  If using within the primary sector, then we strongly recommend this series of crates over our lighter OPTILOG Bale Arm Crates.

This 35 Litre variant is very common and is generally used for mid-sized produce.  We stock these in the standard Grey colour, and also offer these in a Cobalt Blue ex stock.  We frequently run these in custom colours so occasionally we may also be able offer these in a Dark Blue, Black, or other colours including Red, Yellow, and Green ex stock.  A custom colour can be made available for as little as 240 units if part of a production run, of we can produce on their own for a minimum of 480 units.

We can hot foil stamp these crates when supplied from stock, or if the crates are to be moulded, this service can be done at the time of production.  If we are to hot foil stamp for stock, then a minimum order quantity of 50 crates is required.
