Description
Our OPTILOG Bale Arm Crates are primarily designed for fresh produce and are of a Deep Nest design to provide maximum cost savings when being transported, or stored when empty. We have the body of these crates made in an impact resistant polypropylene (PP) material and completed with the Bale Arms moulded from glass filled nylon (GFN).
These are very modern crates from new tooling, and as such rely on new age materials and computer-aided engineering for the design to provide vertical strength while using a thinner side wall and base structure over older crate options. This means that we can provide a lower cost crate while still deemed fit for purpose.
This 45 Litre variant is generally used for mid-sized produce and some larger varietys. We stock these in standard Black and also in a Dark Blue, and can also offer these in additional colours with a minimum order quantity of 300 units.
We can silk screen these crates when supplied from a manufacturing run to denote ownership details or any other details required to be added.
