Description
This option and size of our Vented Stackable Crate range has been the main vented crate used in the aquaculture industry for decades and is well known for it resilience to impact over other crate options.
Moulded in Australia for the crayfish, lobster, prawn and crabbing industries, they have also been used for other seafood species such as abalone, scallops, oysters, clams and more.
The reason that they are the preferred option is that they last longer due to heavier wall sections and being moulded in a quality grade of HDPE with a high level of UV Additives to cope with the Australasian sun. Having multiple colour options also assist with species segregation or grading of the same species through colour coding.
A vented clip on lid is also available as an optional accessory if required to stop you valued catch from escaping the crate when left unattended.
