Medium Duty 3 Skid Rackable Full Hygiene Pallet - Steel / Flat - 1200 x 1000mm
Description
After months of research and product trialling, COPACK has released our new range of OPTILOG Crates, Pallets, Pallet Bins , and Collapsible Pallet Bins.
The emphasis on this range is to provide a medium duty product that performs within its intended scope of commercial and industrial applications, and therefore 'fit for purpose'.
The OPTILOG Medium Duty Rackable Hygiene Pallets are only available in a 3 Skid format, are moulded using Polypropylene Copolymer (PPCO) material. These pallet are quite light weigh so therefore require internally sealed steel profiles for strenthening to achieve the load ratings specified. They have an 'Closed Deck & Undercarriage' Structure to enable these pallets to be easily sanitised and maintained in a critical hygienic state when in service. The OPTILOG Pallets generally will not have a raised safety edge around the perimeter of the top surface so make them an ideal option if the intended application involves transferring product across to another pallet, or vice versa. Subject to quantities required, we can have rubberised friction strips added to the top surface to better grip onto loaded product if required.
We classify this pallet as a 3SF variant, meaning 3 Skids / with Steel / Flat (No Edge). This pallet variant has 3 x Steel Profiles to achieve the rack load rating of 850Kg to 1000Kg (evenly distributed load). If you require a Hygiene Pallet with the safety edge, of provide a higher rackable load rating please consider our MAGNUM 3 Skid and 5 Skid Hygiene Pallets.
For general purpose applications where pallets will only be used with food or pharma based product once packaged, we recommend the use of our Rackable Logistics Pallets if cost is a factor to be considered.
The 1200 x 1000mm Pallets are also ideal for transporting general cargo around New Zealand due to the NZ Standard footprint. These are an ideal platform to transport our Industrial Crates on where the crate dimensions are 600 x 400mm or smaller modules of the key sizing. As this size is the most common size in New Zealand, trucks and trailers are designed around this pallet footprint.
