These Pallets are now an end of line product and have been superseded by our new OPTILOG OPRM12106PEBL Medium Duty Pallets.
The COPACK Range of Rackable Pallets encompasses all the requirements of a pallet to get product from A to B regardless of the load or if the pallets are to be returned to the point of origin, or for long term storage.
Our Heavy Duty Pallets are moulded from 100% Virgin Food Grade (FDA Approved) HDPE or PP Materials. We recommend these pallets for internal use or in a closed loop environment when pallets need to have a medium to long term usable life cycle. Our standard colour is Sky Blue as these pallets are quite often used within hygiene areas of food and pharmaceutical manufacturing, or processing sites. For applications where pallets will come into direct contact with product and the pallets need to be kept in a hygienic and sanitised condition, we recommend the use of our Hygiene Pallets as these are sealed where it matters.
The 1200 x 1000mm Pallets are also ideal for transporting general cargo around New Zealand due to the NZ Standard footprint. These are an ideal platform to transport our Industrial Crates on where the crate dimensions are 600 x 400mm or smaller modules of the key sizing. As this size is the most common size in New Zealand, trucks and trailers are designed around this pallet footprint.
