Heavy Duty 3 Skid Rackable Pallet - 1200 x 1000 x 155mm - Steel / Flat
Description
After months of research and product trialling, COPACK has released our new range of MAGNUM Pallets, Pallet Bins , and Collapsible Pallet Bins.
The emphasis on this range is to provide a heavy duty product that performs within its intended scope of industrial applications, and therefore 'fit for purpose'.
The MAGNUM Heavy Duty Rackable Pallets are available in either 3 Skid, or 5 Skid formats, are moulded using HDPE Material, and strengthed by adding powder plated inner tubular steel profiles to provide a general purpose rackable pallet to suit the more extreme logistical applications. They have an 'Open Deck' Structure to facilitate air circulation and to allow drainage of liquids and are available with a raised edge around the perimeter of the top surface, or be Flat (no edge). We stock Grey Pallets as the 'Flat' option and Blue Pallets as the 'Edged' option.
We classify this pallet as a 3SF variant, meaning 3 Skids / with Steel / Flat (No Edge). This pallet variant has 3 x Steel Profiles to achieve the rack load rating of 1250 Kg.
By being moulded from 100% Virgin Food Grade (FDA Approved) HDPE, they have a high degree of impact resistance and are well suited to sub zero environments. The pallets are equipped with 8 x large rubber grommets on the top surface to provide friction between the pallet and the load, and these carry on through to the undercarriage to provide grip onto forklift tines.
For applications where pallets will come into direct contact with food based product, and the pallets need to be maintained in a hygienic and sanitised condition, we recommend the use of our Hygiene Pallets as these are sealed where it matters.
The 1200 x 1000mm Pallets are also ideal for transporting general cargo around New Zealand due to the NZ Standard footprint. These are an ideal platform to transport our Industrial Crates on where the crate dimensions are 600 x 400mm or smaller modules of the key sizing. As this size is the most common size in New Zealand, trucks and trailers are designed around this pallet footprint.
