675 Litre Solid Pallet Bin with Skids

The COPACK 675 Litre Pallet Bins are available in both Solid and Vented formats and are a general purpose injection moulded pallet bin.  The solid bins are commonly used to contain product without risk of fluid leakage.  An optional Lid is also available.

These are manufactured in Europe and are moulded from FDA & EU Approved High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) material making them ideal for use in chillers and CA Environments.  They have a high ratio of UV additive to ensure that they cope with our harsh weather conditions.

Being FDA & EU Approved, these pallet bins are predominantly utilised for light food production, produce harvesting & processing, and viticultural usage but are also just as well at home in light industrial applications.  The bins have formed threaded recesses where, once drilled, a drainage bung or tap can be fitted by the end user.

By having a safe working load (SWL) of 500 Kg, these bins are suitable for a wider range of applications apart from food manufacturing, as these bins have been placed in warehousing and distribution centres, factories and assembly plants, contract storage and more.  Where bins are exposed to high usage, inversion, and rough treatment we highly recommend that CRAEMER Pallet Bins are used in these environments.

These pallet bins features include smooth inner surfaces, 4 way entry pallet base, and a bevelled fork entry area to assist in deflecting the forks under the bin when being accessed by a forklift.  They have a recessed top edge that provides a bin location function when bins are stacked on top of each other with or without the usage of the optional lid.  This gives greater stack security when in transit or in storage.
