SYSBEL 1130 Litre Spill Containment Pallet - 1 x IBC

Description

The SYSBEL 1130 Litre / IBC Spill Pallet meets EPA requirements for the handling and storage of hazardous products and has been primarily designed for 1000 Litre Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC's) with a 1200 x 1000mm footprint.

Currently we can offer both the standard fibreglass slip proof grating, and also the heavier duty galvanised steel grating options.  As there is no pricing difference, please specify your preference when ordering.  The grating is supported by a central pillar to ensure that there is no sag with either option selected.

These Spill Pallets are also equipped with a drainage bung as seen in the photos.  If these are stored outside, without being under cover, they will fill up with rainfall water, and as part of on site maintence plan will need to be drained on a regular basis to ensure that if there is a leakage, there is sufficient containment available.  Should there be a spill, the contents can be decanted into another IBC once the spill pallet is elevated (or by transfer pump) and then treated accordingly.

If these need to be moved, there are fork slots in the base enabling it to be transported by either fork lift or by pallet truck.  The IBC should be removed from the grating before any repositioning is carried out.

Our IBC Spill Pallets are nestable to save space when not in use and are freight efficient when sending between sites unloaded.

Available in a high visibility yellow, these can be seen from a distance and are moulded from Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) through the rotational moulding process which makes them very resilient to impact damage.
