OPTIMA Square Pails

COPACK is proud to introduce our new OPTIMA range of Square and Round Pails. Manufactured to exceptional quality standards, each pail is FSSC 22000 certified and food contact approved, providing a reliable rigid packaging solution for food and pharmaceutical products.

These pails are microwave oven safe, dishwasher safe, and can withstand extreme temperatures between -20°C and 120°C enabling them to be used for frozen foods through to hot fill applications.  Their resistance to the cold and heat ensures that the packaging maintains its structural integrity and does not warp, crack, nor release any harmful substances under these temperature variations giving the user utmost confidence throughout the supply chain from production to cold storage, distribution to retail shelf.

Square OPTIMA Pails feature a high quality securable lid that features a tear strip tamper evident device, offering clear first-open security while allowing the press-on lid to be reused for resealing. Available ex stock in white or clear, these pails provide the choice of a solid-coloured option or a highly transparent alternative, allowing contents to be clearly visible on shelf. 

All square pail sizes from 280 ml to 20 litres are supplied with a plastic handle as standard, making them compatible with production lines that incorporate metal detection equipment.  Although there is an extensive range of sizes of these pails, we focus mainly on the 500ml, 1 Litre, 2 Litre, 4.5 Litre, 10 Litre, 15 Litre and 20 Litre options.  We may have limited stock on hand of the non core core sizes so please check with customer services in regards to availability.

Square OPTIMA Pails are suitable for food-based products through to light industrial applications. They are moulded from food-grade polypropylene, are fully recyclable, and can be supplied in a range of colours.

Ex stock products are generally supplied with lids in the same colour as the pail base, with the base and lid either supplied as a complete units (smaller sizes less than 5 Litres) or charged separately for the larger sizes. For mould-to-order production, base and lid colours can be specified independently. Please refer to the table for each product line for minimum order quantities relating to colour changes.

Square OPTIMA Pails can also be enhanced with In-Mould Labelling (IML) or post-mould decoration using thermal heat transfer labelling (THTL) although this does not apply to some of the smaller sizes. These options are available subject to minimum order quantities and provide an effective way to create a distinctive on-shelf presence.
