Description

The COPACK 32 Litre (#7) Stack N Nest Crates are utlilised in a multitude of applications throughout the fishing, meat and poultry processing industries as well as being a key product used in general food and pharmaceutical product manufacturing.  All colours are moulded from FDA Approved Polypropylene (PP) resin and are therefore suitable for direct contact with food based products.  The exception to this is the Black coloured crates as these are moulded with a content of recycled PP (RCPP) resin to provide an environmental and cost effective option for product handling in areas when a food grade crate is not required.

We have the ability to mould these crates in a tough HDPE material blend where the crates are to be used in coldstores or where the crates are likely to be exposed to heavy impacts on a regular basis.  HDPE performs better in these environments when compared to the PP material. 

COPACK supplies these crates moulded in HDPE to the fishing industry complete with corporate branding.  We also supply petfood processing companies with the same HDPE Crate for use in blast freezers where temperatures can reach -20°C as the HDPE has an operational temperature range between -40°C to 65°C.

Unit pricing is displayed below once a required quantity of product is entered.  The unit pricing will automatically change once a set price break is reached.  This is list pricing only and is based on minimum order quantities and initial price breaks.  Pricing displayed does not include freight or GST content and Packaging and Handling items may also need to be added.  COPACK has in place a minimum order value of $100.00 + GST excluding freight charges.
