Diverse Range Of Applications | COPACK Rigid Pallet Bins

Rigid Pallet Bins are generally of a one-piece construction with either replaceable skids or moulded in skids at the base to provide access for pallet trucks or fork lifts.

With the body of the pallet bin being one-piece, the inner cavity is water tight on the solid models and are ideal if retention of liquid based products is required. The vented models are ideal for air circulation or for contents that need to have residual liquids drained.

This category consists of various styles of bin with each having different properties and features that offer distinctive benefits for a diverse range of applications.

The CRAEMER Bins are rated as a Heavy Duty Bin and are ideal for where they will be exposed to multiple fork movements with heavy loads and exposed to rough treatment on a daily basis. The COPACK Bins are models that we have sourced through other suppliers to meet customer requirements and are considered by us as a Medium Duty Bin ideally to be used in the food industry. The AUER Bins are our new range of European Bins for general purpose applications with different height options across 3 different footprints available in either Solid or Vented formats (the supply chain on these is currently compromised therefore resupply has been difficult to achieve economically).

For larger and more robust Pallet Bins, be sure to consider the bins featured in the COPACK Roto Bin section. The Roto Bins are rotationally moulded as opposed to being injection moulded and may be better suited to certain applications.
