MACX ACE 1000 Solid Pallet Bin 720 Litre with Integrated Runners on 1000mm Side
Description
The new MACX ACE 1000 is at the forefront of pallet bin design and performance which offers an extra 100 Litres of capacity over similar sized pallet bins meaning less fork movements to move the same amount of product.
Combined with unique moulded in ribbing, the design also gives extra sidewall strength and prevent outward bulging of the bin when under load which we believe makes the MACX ACE 1000 the best Heavy Duty Pallet Bin on the market today.
This variant of the MACX ACE 1000 has one-piece integrated (moulded in) Runners on the 1000mm side of the bin leaving the 1200mm side open for rapid fork movements without risk of damaging the runners by the fork tines. These bins are fitted with internal strengthening brackets at the base of each corner post which act to cushion impacts received by fork tines or from the bin being dropped from height.
This MACX option is also the preferred format for users wanting to invert the bin by using a rotary tipper fitted to a forklift which is due to the fork pockets being smaller therefore less movement between the fork tines and the bin reducing risk of damage to the runners and the base of the bin. By the rotating forks entering from the 1000mm side, the bin is also supported through the rotation process along the 1200mm length of the bin for better load distribution preserving the life of the runners, and the bin in whole.
These bins will also interstack with the Dolav 1000 Pallet Bins as seen in one of the featured photo's. Note the damage caused to the runners on the Dolav Bin at the base of the stack which was caused by forklift tines on entry. The runners are no longer existent and this is the benefit of having the runners on the 1000mm side instead of the 1200mm side.
Where increased air circulation is needed to chill down the contents of the bin, or if contents need to be drained or hydrated, the MACX ACE Vented Pallet Bins may well fit your requirements better.
