Stack N Nest Crates
Our Stack N Nest Crates are split into two sub-categories for ease of navigation and to simplify any decision making when considering which option is best for your intended application.
The NZ Series of Stack N Nest Crates are well established in New Zealand (and Australia) and have been used in the food manufacturing, meat processing, fishing and aquacultural industries for decades and are also widely used in other manufacturing and logistics based industries. These crates all have the external top edge dimensions of 645 x 415mm and hence do not palletise well onto standard 1200 x 1000mm pallets. Our standard material for these is Food Grade Polypropylene (PP) for all colours and sizes. We mould these in Black with a content of recycled PP Material which made them an economic alternative for general storage where a food grade material in not required.
COPACK supplies the major fishing companies in New Zealand with their Fish Cases which we mould in a commercial grade of HDPE to withstand the punishment that these receive in day to day usage. Therefore we can also mould the 32 Ltr Stack N Nest Crate (or Iki Bin as they are known in the industry) in HDPE material, complete with corporate branding and drainage holes added as the time of moulding.
Complimenting the NZ Series is our new Euro Series of Stack N Nest Crates which offer the same handling features with the added benefit of being able to be palletised onto 1200 x 1000mm pallets and being available in both solid and vented formats.
